Why should I hire a private transportation service?
You are coming to a foreign country and for your safety you need to know who is handling your transportation. Remember is always better to pre-arrange your ground local transportation when you travel abroad. If you hire a public transportation service, often not insured or using old vehicles.

Are your rates the same than the regular fees at the airport ticket center?

No, our rates are lower; this is because we work on pre-booked reservations. We don't have to pay expensive parking fees and fixed location rent, this allow us to offer better prices and superior quality.

Do you have a Lost & Found department?

Yes, after each service every vehicle is carefully revised and if there was any article forgotten on board it is reported immediately to the operation's manager. If you forget something inside the vehicle we can send it to you via Fedex or DHL, you'd have to pay the expenses of the parcel delivery service.

Is it safe to travel with you?

Absolutely, before we hire any member of our staff we request them federal driver's license which is not easy to get, no criminal records certificate issued by the police, anti-doping tests and three referral letters issued by local companies. All of our vehicles are fully insured and our drivers are bonded.

Are you licensed to operate this service at the airport?

Yes we do have license to operate in the three airport terminals and have federal plates to transport passengers in all of Mexico's roads. Our company is bonded and all of our vehicles count with effective insurance policies, applicable permits and licenses.

Before we get our hotel from the airport we would like to go shopping groceries and other items in a super market or a convenience store, can you do that?
Yes, we can do that upon request. We grant up to 15 minutes waiting at no additional cost but if it takes more time than that, a fee is applicable. The free 15 minutes offer is applicable only at convenience stores on the way from the Airport to your hotel.

While in Cancun or the Mayan Riviera do I need to call you to reconfirm my return service to the airport?

If you have confirmed a round trip service it is not necessary to do that since we have an electronic scheduler that reminds us your service until it has been completed, when make a reservation we issue a voucher online with your service information, that information is the same that the operation's manager have. However if you feel more comfortable, contact us by phone to double check your return service.

We are travelling to Cancun within the next 6 months, Can I make a reservation now?

Yes, we can take your reservation, no matter if you will come over within the next 6 months or next year.

Does your drivers speaks English?

Our drivers has basic level only but they will understand what you want if you speak to them slowly. The reservation staff and the operation's manager speaks English fluently so in case you have any problem in Cancun just contact us and we will take care

How can I locate your driver?

In all terminal buildings there is a "meet & greet" area where travel representatives wait for their customers, our staff will be on that spot waiting for you holding a sign with your name printed on it. And he will to take you to your transportation

Can I pay my transfer with credit card?

Yes, you can do that only through the internet

I prefer to pay for the service when arrive to Cancun, can I do that?

Yes, you can pay our staff in cash when you get to Cancun

Is the tip to the driver included on your published prices?

No, optional tip to the driver is not included; you can tip him if you think he deserves it depending on the service received.

What if I have a reservation confirmed and my flight is delayed?

We always check with the airline 2 hours in advance if your flight is on time. If not, we will know exactly at what time it is going to arrive and we will wait for you. If your flight is cancelled for any reason or you didn't catch the plane please, please let us know as soon as possible to inform of your new arrival information.
